The morning mist had barely lifted when the first families began arriving. By 8:00 AM, a line stretched from the community center to the market square. Mothers carried infants. Elders walked with canes. Young men carried their grandparents on their backs.
Over the course of two days, a team of volunteer doctors, nurses, and pharmacists screened 327 patients, distributed medications, and performed basic health education workshops on malaria prevention, maternal health, and hygiene.
