Chief Mfonabasi Samuel Ntekpe is a Senior Engineer at a world-renowned hospital in Rochester, Minnesota, and the visionary founder of The Chief Ntekpe Family Foundation. Born and raised in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, he carries forward the values of service, integrity, and community upliftment instilled by his late parents — Chief Samuel Akpan Ntekpe and Mrs. Jessie Samuel Ntekpe.
As the founder of MSN LLC and The Chief Ntekpe Family Foundation, Chief Mfonabasi bridges continents through business innovation and structured philanthropy. His title, Obong Idoreyin (Chief of Hope), reflects his unwavering commitment to empowering communities through education, healthcare, economic development, and cultural preservation. Every initiative he champions is rooted in one guiding principle: that legacy is not inherited — it is built, brick by brick, generation by generation.

Chief Samuel Akpan Ntekpe was a revered community leader in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. A champion of education and community development, his life was defined by selfless service, unwavering integrity, and a deep commitment to uplifting those around him. His legacy lives on through every life the Foundation touches.
Mrs. Jessie Samuel Ntekpe
Late Matriarch | Golden Mother | Director of Education
Mrs. Jessie Samuel Ntekpe (nee Jessie Samson Udo Idiong) — the "Golden Mother" — was born on September 25, 1954, in Ikot Offiong Ndiya, Ikono LGA, to Late Rt. Hon. Obong Samson Udo Idiong and Late Madam Affiong Samson Idiong. A woman of extraordinary drive and compassion, she dedicated her life to education — rising from a classroom teacher at Uyo High School to Director of Secondary and Higher Education in the Akwa Ibom State Ministry of Education. She held a B.Ed. from the University of Uyo and an NCE from the College of Education, Uyo. A devout member of the Qua Iboe Church, she married Chief Samuel Akpan Ntekpe in 1976, and together they raised six children — five daughters and one son — with the values of hard work, faith, and integrity. Known as the fastest sprinter among her peers in her youth, she was equally fast in serving others. She was called to glory in 2017, leaving behind a legacy of love, education, and grace that The Chief Ntekpe Family Foundation honors every day.
